Provistander SL, responsible for the website, hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, makes this document available to users, with which it intends to comply with the obligations laid down in Law 34/2002, of 11th July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), BOE No. 166, as well as to inform all users of the website of the conditions of use.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, committing themselves to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.

USUARIOS

Access and/or use of this Provistander SL portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned Conditions will be applied independently of the General Contracting Conditions which, where applicable, are obligatory.

USO DEL PORTAL

Provistander SL provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to Provistander SL or to its licensors or collaborators, to which the USER may have access.

The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents.

In such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she shall be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially.

EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY

Provistander SL accepts no liability, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may be caused by, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programmes in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid this.

Use of Cookies

IP Addresses

The website servers will be able to automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between Provistander SL and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Santander.
